How do I
place an order?
Navigate through our PRODUCTS page and add all products you are interested in purchasing to your "CART". When you are ready to purchase, go to your "CART" and you will see the sum of all of your products, total costs, shipping options, taxes, and payment options. Navigate accordingly until your transaction is completed and a confirmation has been provided to you.
We ship directly from Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. When you place an order, it usually ships out by the following business day. Thereafter it should take 3 to 14 working days to arrive (depending on your Province or State). We ship within Canada for a base rate of $15.00 for amounts under $100 (excluding taxes and after discounts) and free shipping on amounts over $100 (excluding taxes and after discounts). All shipments to the US have an additional $15 handling charge. Beautymark Solutions Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When your order is ready to ship, you will be notified via email provided with a tracking number. Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email. Please ensure you double check your shipping address before placing your order as Beautymark Solutions Inc. is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

We use PayPal as our online payments system. Online money transfers serve as electronic alternatives to traditional paper methods like checks and money orders. PayPal is one of the world's largest internet payment companies, and the most secure. You will be able to select from Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
We cannot modify orders after they have been placed. We immediately send orders to our warehouses so they can be picked and packed as soon as possible. If you require to cancel an order, or if there is an error with your shipping address you need to contact us either by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone: 416 462 9994 as soon as possible and we will try our best to see what can be done. If after receiving your purchase you are not happy, you may return the unused, unopened products to us within 7 days of receipt. You must reach out to us first so a return authorization can be processed before sending anything back. We cannot take returns on used, unsealed or opened items. We will issue a CREDIT COUPON ONLY on receipt of unused goods in their original condition. The coupon can be used on any items in the store and has no expiry date. Return shipping is at your expense. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable). We’re not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s). Returns should be sent to the address below in the original outer packaging or any other secure packaging, and allow 7-10 days once the order is received by us for processing:

PLEASE NOTE: Returns can only be done from the original place of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not take returns on BIOEFFECT product(s) if they have not been purchased on this ecommerce site. Please check the original retailer you purchased your products from for their respective return policy.
